A chain snatcher was caught red handed by people while he was trying to snatch a woman’s chain. The people caught him and beat him up. A mob gathered around him and tied his hand and kicked him and beat him up like an animal.

All this was in the presence of policemen. The chain-snatcher was tied to a motorcycle and dragged along the road.

What do you have to say of this? How far is this right by law? Punishing a person without charging  a case on him.

If this is so then there are many cases where the people have to show their courage and bravery and punish the culprits without going by law. Why just doing this to helpless people?
